INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY VETERANS TOURNAMENT “MASTERS CUP VILNIUS ‘20”

Dear hockey friends,

HC INTA (Širvintos, LTU) and HC ARDAS (Vilnius, LTU) kindly invite all hockey enthusiasts to participate in the VI’s International hockey veteran’s tournament „Masters CUP Vilnius‘20“, which will take place in Vilnius (Synthetic field pitch, Čiobiškio street 16, Vilnius, Lithuania) on August 7-9th, 2020.

There will be 3 categories:

Women (+35),

Men (+35),

Mixed (+35, 1 member can be +30).

*If you do not have an entire team but would like to participate, we welcome you to register individual players. We will give you the opportunity to join the other teams. In this case, if we have a sufficient number of players, we will create a separate team of individual players or in another case, we will add our players to your team or incorporate you to another team.

Rules:

Matches will be played on ½ of the standard pitch, 6 players +1 goalkeeper;

The system and the number of matches, also duration of the match will depend on the number of teams involved (the schedule will be announced after the registration of the teams).

Planned schedule of the Tournament:

August 7th (evening) – The Tournament Opening and the first matches;

August 8th – Planned matches and in the evening – Team’s Party;

August 9th – Finals and Tournament Closing ceremony.

Entry fee:

25 Eur / 1 person

The fee includes: organizing the Tournament, referees, water, commemorative medals for each participant, Tournament CUP for the winners, snacks during the matches, dinner during the Team’s Party.

Registration is open until May 31th 2020. It will be confirmed by filling out the registration form and transferring an advance of 50 Eur (this fee will be included in the total fee payable upon confirmation of the total number of team players).

The application of the team with the exact number of participants shall be submitted by July 15th at the latest. The remaining entry fee will be paid with the application.

At your request we can:

• Help with accommodation: we recommend the Ecotel Hotel (a guide price of 25 EUR/person for double room with breakfast);

• Meet at the airport and escort you to your accommodation;

• Advice and offer assistance in organizing a tour;
